Refund policy

All products are sold as brand new and for personal use only. I cannot give refunds on any products sold due to personal hygiene and for health and safety reasons. In the event you purchase any of the spa products for home use and find them to be defective, I will exchange any unopened products within 5 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, I cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products.

Tina Dimou Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.


Tina Dimou Aesthetics is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.


Tina Dimou Aesthetics is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
